PostAide only processes the data required to operate the service.

3. Artificial intelligence
PostAide uses Euria, provided by Infomaniak Network SA, for OCR and document classification. Processing remains within Swiss infrastructure.
4. Hosting and security
The app, database and stored files are hosted on Swiss infrastructure. Communications are protected with TLS. OTP and session data are protected server-side.

6. Account deletion
Deleting an account removes documents, drafts and related metadata. Records strictly required by law may be retained if a paid service is introduced.
7. Cookies
Only technical cookies required for authentication and local device identification are used. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

This policy may evolve as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
